jetPEI ligand-conjugated

Linear polyethylenimine (PEI) derivative designed for effective and reproducible in vitro DNA transfection. jetPEI-Hepatocyte, jetPEI-Macrophage and jetPEI-RGD are conjugated with galactose, mannose or RGD peptide (Arg-Gly-Asp ).

jetPEI-Hepatocyte enhances delivery to cells expressing galactose-specific membrane receptors, such as hepatocytes.
jetPEI-Macrophage enhances delivery to cells expressing mannose-specific membrane receptors, such as macrophages.
jetPEI-RGD enhances transfection of integrin-expressing epithelial and endothelial cells.
jetPEI-HUVEC enhanced transfection of primary endothelial cells such as HUVEC (human umbilical vein endothelial cells).
