Exceptionally efficient DNA Transfection reagent for various mammalian cell lines and primary cells. Ideally suited for HTS transfection with either forward, reverse or batch protocols and recombinant protein and virus production in CHO or HEK293. Since the reagent is not affected by the presence of serum or antibiotics, no medium changes are required. Free of components of animal origin.

For the transfection of hepatocytes, human endothelial cells, macrophages, and integrin-expressing epithelial and endothelial cells jetPEI™ ligand-conjugated is highly recommended. The new jetPRIME™ is particularly suitable for DNA and siRNA transfection of a variety of adherent cells in standard experiments.
