For the isolation of RNA from various plants and plant parts we recommend our peqGOLD Plant RNA Kit. Genomic DNA, polysaccharides, phenols and other secondary metabolites are removed reliably. The kits are using the reversible binding characteristics of PerfectBind silica filters in centrifugation columns. The RNA binds selectively to the silica matrix and can be washed easily before eluting in RNase-free water.
