peqGOLD Plant DNA Kits

 
The peqGOLD Plant DNA Kits offer quick and efficient isolation of high-quality DNA from nucleus, plastids and mitochondria of different plants and plant parts. The kits are using the reversible binding characteristics of PerfectBind silica filters in centrifugation columns. The DNA binds selectively to the silica matrix and can be washed before eluting with low salt buffer or water.

  • Without use of organic extractions
  • No time-consuming alcoholic precipitations
  • Efficiently removes contaminants and enzyme inhibitors
  • Extraction of DNA up to 60 kbp
