peqGOLD PhaseTrap - organic extractions easy and safe!

peqGOLD PhaseTrap has been developed for phenol-based organic extractions of nucleic acids. During centrifugation for phase separation, the wax-like PhaseTrap substance creates a barrier between aqueous upper phase and lower interphase/organic phase. Therefore the nucleic acid containing

aqueous phase is efficiently saved from any interphase- or organic phase-born contamination and can easily be decanted.

peqGOLD Phase Trap A ideally suited for the isolation of RNA in combination with peqGOLD RNAPure or peqGOLD TriFast. Four different tube sizes (1.5, 2.0, 15 and 50 ml) are available for different extraction volumes.
