With their anion-exchange technology the peqGOLD XChange Plasmid Midi Kits guarantee high-quality and very pure plasmids up to 300 kbp.

peqGOLD XChange Plasmid Midi Kits employ a modified alkaline/SDS lysis procedure to prepare plasmids from bacterial culture. Plasmid DNA binds effectively to the anion-exchange resin of the XChange Midi column and can easily be purified from contaminants and enzyme inhibitors. Purified plasmid DNA is simply eluted from the column in Elution buffer.
