Tth DNA Polymerase

 
Isolated from Thermus thermophilus, peqGOLD Tth-DNA-Polymerase is a highly processive 5'-3' DNA polymerase without 3'-5' exonuclease function which exhibits reverse transcriptase activity in the presence of Mn2+ ions.

Due to its tolerance against high temperatures Tth is ideal for the transcription of RNAs with strong secondary structures.
