peqGOLD XChange Plasmid Maxi Kits
peqGOLD XChange Plasmid Maxi Kits employ a modified alkaline/SDS lysis procedure to prepare plasmids from bacterial culture. Plasmid DNA binds effectively to the anion-exchange resin of the XChange Midi column and can easily be purified from contaminants and enzyme inhibitors. Purified plasmid DNA is simply eluted from the column in Elution buffer.
