New generation siRNA transfection reagent for a wide variety of adherent cell lines or primary cells. With only 1 nM siRNA more than 90% silencing efficiency without off-target effects. For difficult-to-transfect suspension cell lines, 80% silencing can be reached by using 5 nM siRNA. Well suited for highly efficient HTS (High Throughput Screening) siRNA transfection with either forward, reverse or batch protocols. The reagent can be left on the cells without any adverse effects. Compatible with serum and antibiotics.
