peqGOLD Blood RNA Kits

The peqGOLD Blood RNA Kits are suitable for the total RNA isolation from fresh and anti-coagulant treated blood, like citrate-dextrose, heparin or EDTA treated blood. The kits are using the reversible binding characteristics of PerfectBind silica filters in centrifugation columns. The RNA binds selectively to the silica matrix and can be washed easily before eluting in RNase-free water.

DNA Removing Columns for efficient removing of DNA and cellular debris
Immediate inactivation of endogenous and exogenous RNases
Without use of organic extractions
No time-consuming alcoholic precipitations
Efficiently removal of contaminants and enzyme inhibitors
