peqGOLD Blood DNA Kits

The peqGOLD Blood DNA Kits enable reliable, high-yield and quick isolation of pure and high molecular DNA from fresh, frozen and anti-coagulant treated blood. The kits are using the reversible binding characteristics of PerfectBind silica filters in centrifugation columns. The DNA binds selectively to the silica matrix and can be washed before eluting with low salt buffer or water.

Special features:

Suitable for blood samples of human or animal origin
Without use of organic extractions
Efficiently removes contaminants and enzyme inhibitors
Extraction of DNA up to 60 kbp
Final elution in low salt buffer or water

Kits available as S-Line including Safety-Line columns with lid or C-Line including Classic-Line columns without lid!
