The peqGOLD Bacterial RNA Kit offers reliable isolation of high-quality total RNA from gram+ and gram- bacteria. Using the reversible binding characteristics of PerfectBind silica columns, RNA binds selectively onto the matrix and can be washed easily before eluting in RNase-free water.
