Pain free ordering!

• Ordering
  You can order online, by fax (01489 660 040) or by phone (01489 889 823). We're open from 9.00am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday just closing on bank holidays.
  

• Supply
  We aim to deliver as promptly as we can which often means shipping the same day as we receive your order. For practical reasons, we do not ship cooled products on a Friday unless requested. If a product is not in stock, we will inform you at time of ordering.
  

• Shipping
  Shipping is free for orders over £165. For orders under £165, there is a £10 charge for cooled orders or a £5 or £10 charge for non-cooled orders depending on value.

• Return of cooling packages
  Cooling packages are supplied with a courier return form for delivery back to PEQLAB's office.

• Trial kits and instrument demos
  Many of our kits, reagents and consumables are available as a free trial pack or our instruments for  lab demonstration. Just contact the office for details.
  

• Money back guarantee
  Should a product not meet your expectations we will accept your item back within 14 days and credit you the purchase price.

After Sales Service

The warranty period of our products is a minimum of 2 years from date of purchase.

In the event of a warranty repair, we will simply provide you with a replacement unit during the repair period.

In the case of instrument repair outside the warranty period we can supply you with a repair quotation free of charge. Additionally, service contracts are available for many of our instrument.
